Join me and the horses, the dogs, the tree elders, eagle - all of glorious nature - for this short guided meditation to claim a grounded, nature-based reality amid the craziness spinning around us. Do you believe you play a part in creating your reality? Do you believe in the law of sowing & reaping - that you get back what you put out? That whatever you focus on, grows? The horses tell me that we are hugely important in determining the dominant vibration, or frequency, around us. And that we are all connected, like points of light on a grid, or strands of fungi in a mycellium network that spans the globe. "What we have called matter is energy whose vibration has been so lowered as to be perceptible to the senses. Matter is spirit reduced to the point of visibility. There is no matter." - Albert Einstein ALL is energy/vibration/frequency. We must not lose hope that we can BE the change. All we need to do is listen to our own intuition. Our gut guidance. The whispers of our soul. The winds of the Holy Spirit. And then take action on whatever/however we are guided. That is all. That is enough. Feel your fear, it's okay. And choose to trust yourself anyway. I recently watched an interview with Elon Musk and he said that he feels a tremendous amount of fear. He said it's quite terrible and it makes things really hard for him. And? What comes next...? He doesn't ever let his fear stop him. I feel afraid, overwhelmed, and useless on a regular basis. Every time I make a choice to make my world bigger, explore something unknown, receive an unexpected request, or experience any kind of disaster... I'm back in this same place of fear, overwhelm and feeling like a loser who can't cope. Sometimes I just go to bed for a day or two. But underneath, I know and trust in my highest good. Even if I can't see, feel, or understand it now, I know that all things work together for my highest good. Some threads take years to arrive at the place where I can look back, with the benefit of hindsight, and finally see how all those supposedly negative elements actually worked together for my highest good. And the blessings have always been worth the journey. Audelina says: Begin with loving, honoring, trusting yourself FIRST. If you don't value, honor and trust yourself... how can you hear or trust your intuition? So start there. Start with sending love to yourself. All else will follow as your soul/intuition guides you.

Here's a story for those with a sweet tooth. I'm introducing you to my favourite confectionary spots on the map of Warsaw, which can bring you to a different dimension. Enter the crazy world of sweetness with Warsaw's Lukullus, that emerged from a family business settled in our capital city after World War II. The grandfather of the current owner started running a small confectionary on the right bank of the Vistula River, and since then, the company has gone through many changes. When the grandson took over, he decided to rebrand the regular place into a kingdom of sweetness. The first step was using natural and good-quality ingredients (such as butter), which soon became the trademark of Lukullus.
