Fashio-ego (fash-e-o-ego) is for alters who’s identities feel tied to fashion. These alters may have the want to become fashion designers or they may enjoy creating outfits, but that’s not needed. These alters may also be able to change their appearance outfit-wise in the headspace to fit their current mood, but this again, is not needed!

The document describes a new trench MOSFET device structure called the Buried Oxide In Drift region (BOXID) device. It contains a buried oxide layer in the drift region near the trench sidewall, which alters the current flow path during breakdown. 2D simulations show this structure achieves a 124% increase in breakdown voltage compared to a conventional trench MOSFET, with only an 11% decrease in drive current. The buried oxide reduces the vertical electric field along the current flow direction, similar to the SOI-RESURF effect, leading to the improved breakdown performance.
