Ingrédients : 300 g Biscuits secs 100 g Beurre 500 ml Crème pâtissière Pignons de pin Sucre vanillé Préparation : Commencer la préparation du gâteau de grand-mère sans cuisson de la base de biscuits. Mélanger les biscuits secs avec un mixeur, ajouter le beurre fondu au bain-marie ou au micro-ondes puis pétrir la moitié compacte de la quantité de la base sur un moule à charnières de 24 cm. Créer une base solide et des bords. Si nécessaire, joignez du lait pour attacher les biscuits. Laissez reposer la base pendant au moins 30 minutes au réfrigérateur. Verse la crème pâtissière froide dans la base, égalise le tout et verse le reste des biscuits. Distribuez le tout sur le gâteau et décorez avec des pignons grillés et du sucre glace vanillé.
