Thus, Guru Ji founded the institution of a free kitchen (Langar), which is still followed. ਤੇਗ- ਤੇਗ਼ ਦਾ ਮਤਲਬ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਗੁਰਸਿੱਖ ਅਕਾਲ ਪੁਰਖ ਦੀ ਬਖ਼ਸ਼ੀ ਹੋਈ ਇਲਾਹੀ ਸ਼ਕਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਅੰਤਰ-ਆਤਮੇ ਅਨੁਭਵ ਕਰੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਵੈਰੀ ਕਾਮ, ਕ੍ਰੋਧ, ਲੋਭ, ਮੋਹ ਅਤੇ ਹੰਕਾਰ ਉੱਤੇ ਕਾਬੂ ਪਾ ਕੇ ਹਉਮੈ ਰੋਗ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਰੇ। Tegh – The word Tegh means the disciple of the Divine Master should overpower the five evils-lust,anger, greed, attachment and pride. ਤੇਗ ਫਤਹਿ ਉਦੋਂ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ ਜਦੋਂ ਇਨਸਾਨ ਦੀ ਹਉਮੈ ਮਰ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ,ਅੰਤਰ ਆਤਮੇ ਅਕਾਲ ਪੁਰਖ ਦੀ ਜੋਤ ਪ੍ਰਗਟ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ lਉਹ ਪਰਉਪਕਾਰੀ ਬਣ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ l Fateh: Eradicating the ego by reciting the Divine Name with full devotion and conquering the mind is Fateh
