This is one of my favorite posters, created for a polish design exhibition in Milan. After Milan, it was exhibited in New York. Originally in a silkscreen limited edition of 200 copies, now it comes in a smaller size, as a digital print and open edition. ----------------- Every print is signed by hand. 30x40cm (11,8x15,7") 50x70cm (19,7x27,6") 61x91cm (24x36") NOTE: the image itself is smaller due to white borders. You will receive the print ready to put in a frame, NO passe-partout needed. ----------------- All works are printed using Epson SureColor P7000 UltraChrome HDX™ ink technology on professional IMPRIME paper. When exposed in interiors, your print will stay unchanged for 100 years. Colors on the print may differ slightly from what you see on your screen. Nimura Daisuke’s gifs and illustrations are both mischievous and charming with their thick line-work and simple colour palette. It’s been a year since Nimura’s playful work was last on the site, but fortunately for us he’s continued to depict his slightly twisted versions of everyday scenarios. From a T-shirt full of children to a woman brandishing her lady garden with an aloof look on her face, any topic seems up for grabs for the Japanese illustrator. Whether Nimura’s images are still or moving, the gestures and expressions he conveys through a few simples lines adds a wonderful humour and whimsy to his work.
