The Lemon Peel stitch has been my go-to for the last couple of years. If you've been reading my blog, I've created a number of patterns that use it. Lately, I've been obsessed with the Herringbone Half Double stitch. This dishcloth combines those two stitches and forms a beautiful striped dishcloth. I love the look and the texture of these! Supplies: Cotton yarn, approximately 70 yards Size H crochet hook Yarn needle Scissors Stitches and Abbreviations: ch = chain sc = single crochet hhdc = herringbone half double crochet dc = double crochet Special Stitches: Instructions for the HHDC can be found here: Herringbone Half Double Crochet Finished size is about 7.5 square inches.
