- DOROTHY MALONE - - 1 Original 8 x 10 Glossy Still - - PORTRAIT SHOT from "THE LAST VOYAGE" - 1960 For sale is an original 8 x 10 glossy still photo of DOROTHY MALONE. This is portrait shot that MGM put out in the 1960 to not only promote their film - "THE LAST VOYAGE" - but to also promote their star - in this case the gorgeous DOROTHY MALONE. You can see the actual scanned image of the picture below. DOROTHY MALONE (born Dorothy Eloise Maloney) is an actress (born in Texas) from the 1940s to the 1990s. It took her quite a while to make an impact in movies, spending over a decade in minor roles before hitting it big in a small part in Battle Cry in 1955 and then getting the major supporting role in Written On The Wind (winner of the Best Supporting Actress Academy Award for this film). She passed away in 2018 at the age of 93. This particular still is in very good condition. It has a couple border dings that have been repaired on the back side of the photo with paper tape. It has been stored in a dry, smoke-free home. This is not a reprint or reproduction. It is an original piece of studio issued movie memorabilia that was released over almost 60 years ago!!
