1977 TOURIST - 9" Dam Norfin Troll Doll - NEW WITH TAG - Rare:

In contrast to the UK's brightly coloured trolls, here are the original US 'Dam' versions! They have 'natural' hair colours, primary coloured outfits (red/yellow & green/red), and more sublte, slightly tanned, skin tones! Dare i say it, but i actually prefer these versions, as they are more natural! I think the two 6'' trolls in red & green actually came from Denmark, just to add to the confusion, as they are a different, more rubbery vinyl, and have airbrushed rosie cheeks! The small pencil top style trolls come with either painted or glass eyes (i have examples of both), and a pin/broach and a key-ring (again, i have an example of each!) style. All these trolls are stamped 'Dam', somewhere on their body! I have more, in the different natural hair colours, and differing skin tones (some slighly paler, or more rubbery vinyl) but space is so limited! :O(
