You guys are going to LOVE this easy new fancy fold! It looks super complicated, but is just a couple of scores and one extra little piece. Here's how amazing it looks unfolded! isn't that just too cool? All you do is make an accordion on one side of the door, then add a little tent piece. Unlike a lot of fancy folds, this one gives you plenty of room to write in AND it stands up by itself, as well as fitting into a regular sized medium envelope. Bonus! Walk through the whole card with me, including measurements and...

Good morning Really horrible wet day here today but I am a happy bunny as Thursdays are now my Stampin UP days! I dont do any weddings on Thursday, just SU projects!!!!! And also my parcel with my new ribbons etc is out for delivery!! Woo hoo!!!!! OK, A few people asked for a tutorial on the trifold card that I made last week so here goes!! You need a Scorer/Trimmer, 1 sheet of A4 card and some patterned paper cut 9cm wide You need to score along the long side to divide the card into 3, I usually score at 9.9cm from one side and then score in at 9.9cm from the other side. You then need to slice off a piece on a diagonal as shown in picture below, start at top left corner and then come down to the bottom right but not right into the corner, I usally come up about 7 or 8 cms. You should then be left with a piece of card like this And folded it looks like this! Ok, this is how I make sure I have neat layers. I take a piece of patterned paper (9cm wide) and then lay it over the tallest section like the photo below. I then make a pencil mark (you can see it on the left) and then cut from the top corner to the pencil mark So you should be left with the piece like this Repeat on the smaller section using the same design, please note I havent stuck the tall piece down wonky!! It moved as I took the photo!!!! Then its really important that you turn the card over! The alternative patterned paper should be on the opposite side of the card to the white paper, like below You then should have something like this! I have then decorated mine using the Flight of the Butterfly set and the Tiny Tags Papers are Night and Day, only available for limited time! CLose ups! Right I am going to stalk the UPS driver now!! I had SO much fun making these Z-fold Slimline cards this morning! Slim line cards are a relatively new card style for me, and card makers are going crazy with them! I demonstrated making these cards just this morning on Facebook. If you did not catch me live, you can still watch it on my Facebook Page, OR you can click the picture below to view it on YouTube. (If you don't see a picture, click HERE to see it on YouTube). If videos aren't your thing, I'll show them all here. I'll also list the stamps/colors/supplies under each card. This first one features the Gorgeous Posies stamp set, and I did it in two different colors. I demonstrated the Daffodil Delight card in the video, then I showed the Purple Posy version. This shows the inside - I really just wanted to make sure that upper right corner had some stamping, so it wasn't bald. Stamps: Gorgeous Posies, Beauty Abounds Colors: Daffodil Delight/Bermuda Bay/Pumpkin Pie/Granny Apple Green/Black, Purple Posy/Gorgeous Grape/Coastal Cabana/Magenta Madness/Granny Apple Green/Black Other: Stitched So Sweetly dies, Scripty embossing folder, Tin Tile embossing folder, various white ribbons For the second card, I wanted to show how you can use some designer series paper for that front panel. I also busted out the new Whale of a Time product suite. Here it is open - you can see the extra sea life scene that I added. Stamps: Whale Done bundle (stamps and punch) Colors: Pool Party, Balmy Blue, Pretty Peacock, Calypso Coral, Granny Apple Green, Just Jade Other: Stitched So Sweetly dies, Pool Party Sheer ribbon The last card is a sneak peek at another LEAF SET that is coming in the new August-December Catalog (formerly known as the Holiday Catalog). This set has dies that go with it, so I used both the dies and the stamps so you can see both. I love these colors together...very fall-y feeling. And here's the inside - I just did the top area (because I really rambled on today and felt bad). Stamps: Love of Leaves bundle (stamps and dies) Colors: Cinnamon Cider, Terracotta Tile, Bumble Bee, Early Espresso Other: Tasteful Labels dies, Old World Paper embossing folder, Early Espresso Faux Suede ribbon, Gilded Gems Don't forget about my July Workshop! I really hope you like these cards, and are inspired to make one, or a few, yourself! Thanks for visiting, and Happy stamping! Toni Shop here for your Stampin' Up products, 24/7.
