When it comes to love, maybe it's true that you can't always get what you want, and even when you think you have it all, you still always want what you can't have. When you're single, that's why you wish you had someone you could laugh with and then…
How many of these describe you? Be honest.
It's not "just a book," OK?

When I was a junior in high school, I came to the startling realization that I had been quite deprived of the classics...which made me sad (#nerdproblems). Anyway, that summer, instead of being a normal teenage girl tanning and swimming and watching tv, I was curled up in our living room proverbially holding up my pinky and wearing a corset (i.e.: making my way through all the Jane Austen novels). It began my love affair with all things Austen, and well really, England in general. But Pride and Prejudice (henceforth known as P&P) will always be the icing on the cake, the cherry on top, the best and favorite Austen of all! I take it back that I didn't watch tv that summer, because that's the same summer I discovered the BBC P&P that literally steals 5 hours of your life each viewing, but 5 AMAZING, glorious hours:) My best friend and I watched it multiple times that summer, and we had names for all the different scenes. "The Look" was our favorite part (you know what i'm talking about you die hard P&P fans! ha When I was a senior in college, my brother (who knew of my ardent love of all things Austen) took me on a date to see the 2005 Kiera Knightley version of P&P. I've spent far too many moments of my waking life comparing and contrasting the 1995 version vs. the 2005 version. Anyone? Anyway, recently I searched P&P on pinterest (why didn't I do this sooner?!?!), and I literally could not stop scrolling. Some made me bust out with the giggles and others made my heart warm and fuzzy. And then there's just Darcy lines that make me swoon…I gotta say, I used to think Colin Firth was the ultimate Darcy, but I think Matthew McFyden may have surpassed him. Have I just crossed over from a P&P fangirl to obsessed? I hope not, haha! Here are some of my favorite memes and links…. Wanna visit P&P locations in England? Here is a link to 16 gorgeous locations from P&P!! Hahaha, soooo true! I may or may not have taught Kevin this line:) Get's me every time… I can't even handle Lydia. Evidently neither can Wickham! So sweet, right? My sentiments exactly…. The play on words…too good! Is this not the cutest and most creative proposal EVER?? Click on the picture to keep reading! Oh my gee…I die. I woke Kevin up laughing at this one! Come on admit it, we all have a love/hate relationship with Mr. Collins. His lines are so…shall we say, delicate? hahaha! I hate when this happens… Lastly, here's a link to 24 moments in P&P that will make your heart melt:) {a bunch of gifs!} Hope you got a good laugh out of these!! Happy Tuesday! xoxo
