The information covered is aimed at a 2nd and 3rd Grade level and helps to build the students’ vocabulary and knowledge within this theme, as well as practicing skills in English and mathematics. There is a colour version and a B & W version for all the pages. There are 23 pages per version (23 colour and 23 B & W). This “sheep pack” consists of the following Sheep Poster / anchor chart: This can be printed out as a poster to be used in a classroom display or used as an information sheet to be given to your students. Two sheep information worksheets: These worksheets cover most of the information from the poster as well as some extra information. They help build vocabulary and include activities and questions related to the information. As an extension activity, students can use the labeled sheep and create their own poster/anchor chart with the information they have learnt about sheep. Mindmap worksheet: Students use words and pictures to create a mindmap with the information they have learnt about sheep. There is a basic template to help the students get started. Template for writing sentences Spelling list with sheep themed spelling words Sheep word unscramble worksheet Sheep themed Story and 2 pages of questions and activities based on the story. The second page of questions can be used as an extension activity.
