Malabrigo Rasta is a super chunky slightly felted 100% merino wool, in hank form. Disclaimer: I have tried extremely hard to ensure our photos are as life-like as possible, however due to the way that Malabrigo Rasta is dyed even though the same formula is used each time the results can have differences. This can be very subtle, or extremely noticeable, especially on variegated yarns. Because of this, please be sure to get enough yarn to complete your project as each bag contains a different dye lot and skeins may vary one from the other even within the same bag. The 20-year-old German carefully leans over the ferry railing to snap a few photos, the wind blowing through her blonde hair as she captures the surrounding mountains, which arch and fall like giant humpback whales. “You a little seasick there?” asks a young man, a question that wasn’t intended as a

Had a fun afternoon demonstrating feltmaking at the Budleigh Salterton Food and Drink Festival at the weekend with Karen from Make at Monteray. As the wet-felting process takes a bit of time, I pre-prepared a felt bag using the ‘bag on a ball’ method. Here are some before, during and after photos. I started with […]

This large felted wool dryer ball is needle felted with buzzing bee on lavender. The color safe ball can be used in the dryer, as a decoration, or as a toy. It measures approximately 3” in diameter and is made from 100% United States raised felted wool. WHY CHOOSE MY DRYER BALLS? Each ball is handcrafted from 100% wool roving and batting. Unlike balls made from yarn, there are no ends to unroll. These 2 ounce balls are larger than many on the market. Larger dryer balls mean more efficient drying. HOW TO USE: Dryer balls help to reduce dry time, reduce static, and soften clothes. Simply add 3-4 balls for small to average loads. Loads with blankets, or heavy clothes may need more. A care and use card, along with a drawstring cotton bag is included with every order.

Marble is beautiful. And wool is beautiful. So logically, we had to invent feltmarble. Feltmarble is made out of merino wool, silk and ramie fiber, swirling in marbled patterns. The fabric is made extra thick to add to the luxurious feel, and the belly of this bag can easily hold sunglasses, a make-up bag, a phone, wallet, keys and a book. And even more. The Marble Bag has a warm chiqueness about her. Nonchalantly carried on your arm, she is a soft companion. She is one of a kind, all made with attentive hands.
