I love this artist, or 'media thief' as she has called herself in the past. Gabi, born in 1966 in Austria, takes collage to a whole new, and innovative level. She cuts and sticks from glossy magazines to create something else beautiful and amazing. With all the cut out pieces of these glossy magazines, Gabi creates collages of portraits and city landscapes. When creating these new beauties of fashion, with regards to the portraits she creates, it's almost as if she is recreating someone who has artificially been beautifully formed. I could consider this when I make my compositions for each character- make the face of the character.

Finally, Haser painstakingly switches every other piece to create two works that are an equal combination of each sibling. In earlier works in the series Haser only switched the twins’ faces, rather than melding their entire portraits. More
