Bike crashes, arguments and bustling crowds are just some of the slightly off-kilter subjects in this unbelievably amazing and varied portfolio from Yann Kebbi, a French illustrator recently signed to "Heart Agency.":http://www.heartagency.com Yann's collection of sketchbook work, commissioned illustration, comic strips and prints are, at first glance, on the twee side of cheerful. A closer look however reveals a darker nature lurking below the candy-coloured exterior. Behold people fighting, begging, jumping through hoops, rammed on to trains and judging each other in strange competitions. These dark details are what helps this illustration make the leap from good to great, and a welcome relief from the all too regular "just plain nice."

Labyrinth David Bowie original art print David Bowie as Jareth was just wonderful and who can forget Hoggle with his lovely plastic bracelet or Sir Didymus! So many fantastic characters and magical scenes. Inspired by characters and scenes from the film Labyrinth I have created my own film poster. The original is on A2 paper and was sketched first in pencil before being drawn in fine line pens and painted in watercolours. This original artwork was hand drawn by me and painted with watercolours. Prints are available in a choice of sizes on unframed quality paper and are signed on the back. You could choose the full size A2 (16.5 x 25.4 inch) Giclee option - virtually identical to the original. To qualify for the title of a "fine art giclée print" it has to be made on archival quality coated paper, and printed with pigment based archival inks, which are UV stable. The quality of the paper or canvas used in a giclee print is very important. Fine art paper mills have been producing mould made artist papers for over 435 years, have an extensive range of fine art papers used in giclee printing. The final result will be a superb giclee print. We have selected the Enhanced Velvet, 255 gsm - Matt Textured. This is a professional fine art paper made at St Cuthberts Mill in Somerset. It has a velvety mid textured surface, using natural woollen felts and is 100% cotton. This archival grade paper exhibits high whiteness, without the use of optical brightening agents and is buffered with calcium carbonate to combat acid attack that finished prints may encounter from air pollution. Giclee prints are rolled into a sturdy protective postal tube to be shipped.

At the end of Vladimir Nabokov's poem "Pale Fire," he describes how "White butterflies turn lavender as they / Pass through its shade where gently seems to sway / The phantom of my little daughter's swing."
