The postal service has the site to track packages so you may make arrangements for packages if rain ,wind and more. *PLEASE RECHECK all addresses if a package is returned to me because you entered the incorrect address, YOU are responsible for the 2nd shipping charge to remail it to a new address. USPS requires photo documentation to file a claim, they require I have a pictures of the broken/damaged item . The damaged product and package is required held up to 10 days for their investigation.
