How can you make the most important room in your house stand out and impress people? These aesthetic living rooms are the answer!
This New American, Craftsman plan has European and Old World influence throughout. Tapered columns with stone bases support the charming front porch that welcomes you home. Designed with a hillside lot in mind, it offers a walkout basement and has an angled 2-car garage. The vaulted great room flows onto a covered porch with skylights, while the uniquely angled dining room provides access to a screened porch. The spacious kitchen has room for multiple chefs to work and the nearby walk-in pantry offers plenty of storage in this home plan. A tray ceiling decorates the ceiling of the master bedroom that also includes two walk-in closets and a 5-fixture ensuite with a garden tub. Two additional bedrooms frame a rec room downstairs, and a 550 square feet optional bonus room above the garage provides a flexible space for your evolving needs.
