Ses habitants sont appelés les Loubressacois village médiéval avec son château et son église apparaissent accrochés à un promontoire vertigineux qui surplombe trois vallées dont celle de la Dordogne. Un des Plus Beaux Villages de France Les ruelles fleuries de Loubressac convergent sur une place ombragée où s'élève l'église des XIIe et XVIe siècles. Coiffées de vieilles tuiles, les maisons médiévales de pierre calcaire s'éclairent des chauds reflets du soleil. Dominée par son château sur un promontoire naturel, le village offre une large vue sur la vallée de la Dordogne et de la Bave. De Loubressac partent de nombreux chemins de randonnée qui relient tous les hameaux environnants. En les sillonnant, le visiteur découvrira au hasard fontaines ou dolmens, et débouchera sur le Causse tout proche.
