I have never been a huge fan of the seventies.In fact, that's pretty much a decade I'd rather not dwell on. Ever. However, my one exception to this rule has to be the work of Vogue designer of the year for 1970: Bill Gibb. While some of these outfits definitely carry the seventies dated stigma, you can't help but be impressed by his creative vision and attention to detail and workmanship.
