Named the ‘Casa Ricart’, this house has been built in the Historic Centre of Benimaclet by local architecture practice Gradolí & Sanz arquitectos. Benimaclet is an island that was once a farming village, but with the growth of the city of Valencia, the island was absorbed in order to transform it to a residential neighbourhood.
