The Citroën H Van is a light truck produced by the French car maker Citroën between 1947 and 1981. This one is still left hand drive, but is yet to be registered in it's new home of Victoria, Australia. The signwriting is advertising Moritz beer from Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain; along with a Melbourne bar called MoVida.
