En palabras de la interiorista Pia Capdevila, "queríamos diseñar un dormitorio principal que llamara la atención", de ahí que se decidió colocar vigas decorativas en el techo y establecer una distribución abierta y funcional del espacio con el dormitorio, un vestidor y un baño. Lo primero que llama la atención es que no existen puertas entre cada uno de los diferentes ambientes y lo segundo, la cristalera que separa la zona de ducha del dormitorio.
Hermosos y sutiles.
Una de las grandes claves de esta mini casa es la buhardilla, que resuelve muy bien el problema de espacio sacando partido a la altura del techo. Al estar conectada al resto de la casa, pero con cierta privacidad subiendo las escaleras, la buhardilla era el sitio perfecto para instalar el dormitorio. El hecho de que no sea una habitación completamente cerrada también ayuda a que el espacio respire y se vea más liviano.
