Located in the middle of a pineapple field in central Oahu (near the Dole Pineapple Plantation). Legend says (because the Hawaiian's didn't have a written language until after the first missionaries arrived in the early 1800's so all history was passed verbally from generation to generation) that this is where royalty came to give birth to future rulers. The mother would position herself on one of these stones to give birth. This is a sacred place not often visited by tourists. Everytime I have visited this place, there has been fresh offerings on the stones like the lei in the foreground.
