Doch man kann auch mit Hausmittelchen den Kopfschmerzen paroli bieten! Da ich in der letzten Zeit so viele Hausmittelchen im Thermomix für meine Kinder gemacht habe, meinten die beiden neulich: ich könnte doch bestimmt auch etwas gegen meine Kopfschmerzen damit machen. Ja, warum eigentlich nicht? Mir fiel ein, dass meine Freundin ihre Kopfschmerzen im Sommer mit ätherischem Pfefferminzöl weggezaubert hat - wenn ich jetzt eine Art Salbe analog zu dem Hustenbalsam bzw. Erkältungsbalsam machen würde - das würde bestimmt auch funktionieren. Ich habe mir die letzten Tage immer mal wieder ein bißchen auf die Stirn und Schläfen gemacht, dann einfach weiter meinen Krams gemacht und nach einer halben Stunde fiel mir auf, dass sie tatsächlich weg waren! Meine Kopfschmerzen sind auf Nackenverspannungen zurückzuführen. Da die letzten Nächte immer ein kränkelndes Kind mit in unser Bett geschlüpft ist, sich dann ordentlich breit gemacht hat und man sich als Mutter dann natürlich gar nicht mehr bewegt, weil es ja endlich eingeschlafen ist - konnte ich die Salbe dank meiner nächtlichen Nackenverspannungen ausgiebig testen... ;-) Wer seine Kopfschmerzen auch auf Nackenverspannungen zurückführen kann, sollte seinen Nacken damit auch unbedingt einreiben.
