Hi everyone, Welcome to my blog. Thanks so much for popping in to see me. This card has been one of my favourite ones to make so far this year. As you can see I made this card in two colour ways but I decided to try it again in another version. I couldn't wait to see what this card would look like using a selection of brighter colours. I like it! Non traditional I know! What do you think? I wonder which colourway is your favourite - I'd love it if you left a comment to let me know! How to make a handmade folded Christmas tree card in just 5 minutes with a clever way to fold a half circle into a tree shape
My friend, Vicki, made a card that I thought was very pretty, and I made these cards using her technique. You can find her card on her January 11 and 12 posts. I made the following card first and thought it looked plain - since I forgot to emboss it. But then, I kind of liked the plain one better! But, maybe I'll make another and only emboss the top part - that would look best, I think. The sentiment is from Lawn Fawn. Thanks so much for stopping by, and I hope you'll come back and visit again soon!

I have a few wonderful cards for you using the Festival of trees stamp set and matching punch. I love this set and it makes some wonderful cards. This is a easy, quick and cute card. 1.) For this cards I took a 4 1/4 x 11 piece of white card stock and scored it at 5 1/2. 2.) I took a piece of 4 x 5 1/4 piece of whisper white and layered it on top of the card base. 3.) I took a piece of 1 x 5 1/4 piece of the trim the tree dsp and ran it down the left side. 4.) I took the happy Wonderful Christmas saying from the Wondrous wreath stamp set and stamped it toward the bottom of the card. 5.) I took a scrap piece of Whisper white and stamped the tree in garden green and then took cherry cobbler over the circles. 6.) then I took the tree punch and punched out the two trees and added them to the card using Stampin Dementionals.
