Inspired by Gunnar Asplund’s architectural design of Gothenburg City Hall in Sweden, Aquavit showcases an expansive dining space flooded with natural light and a simple aesthetic which perfectly reflects Scandinavia. A curved parameter in rose gold mirror and timber panelling frames two private dining rooms located on a mezzanine level whilst a marble stone native to Sweden blankets the entire ground floor.
