We tackled this renovation during the heart of the pandemic. In two phases, we first reconfigured the 2nd floor primary suite to include a more functional bathroom and walk-in closet. Next, we focused on the kitchen. In both the kitchen and living room, we had an opportunity to reclaim unused space from a previous renovation. We reconfigured the entire kitchen, with cabinetry along the entire perimeter, plus a generous island with a breakfast bar. We also added a butler’s pantry and mudroom off the kitchen, adding plenty of extra storage and useful space for our clients’ family.
