Built on a single, integrated structure, HP Amplify provides the insights, capabilities and collaboration tools needed to drive growth as digital transformation and customer purchasing behaviors continue to evolve. The new program goes into effect November 1, 2020 for commercial partners with retail partners slated to transition in the second half of 2021. By consolidating HP’s best partner products, tools and trainings into one intuitive program, HP Amplify removes complexity, making it easier for partners to take advantage of its many benefits and engage customers on a deeper level. Now comprised of just two distinct tracks – Synergy and Power – with clear compensation levels, HP Amplify provides partners with the flexibility to invest in value-added services and capabilities. The more a partner invests in these capabilities, the higher the rewards. “Today’s buyer expects streamlined, automated and personalized experiences. To thrive in this changing environment – with data as the new currency - requires a combined shift to relate to our customers as individuals, not markets,” said Lim Choon Teck, Managing Director of HP Thailand “HP Amplify not only makes it easier for partners to do business with HP - it provides partners with a clear path to ready their business and succeed in today’s environment and beyond – to capitalize on emerging trends and play a central role in the evolving customer buying journey.” Experiences at the Speed of Digital Customers have dramatically altered how they research and buy technology and how they engage with brands, buying more products and services through digital channels, such as e-commerce, partner portals and marketplaces. At the same time, technology and digital transformation are advancing at an astounding pace while business models are shifting from simple transactions focused on selling products to contractual relationships. For the IT industry overall, and the channel specifically, it means business as usual is no longer an option. Capabilities Beyond sales revenue alone, HP Amplify measures rewards based on new capabilities, including investing in and improving digital skills, service delivery capabilities, e-commerce/omnichannel experiences and secure data collaboration. Capabilities will be specialized and tailored to the sectors customers operate within, creating more personalized experiences and driving invaluable outcomes. HP Amplify rewards partners who invest in the capabilities to compete - and win - in a world dominated by e-commerce and digital-led customer journeys and experiences. PR&Associates - HP Supplies Impact Program Brings More Customers and Partners on its Mission to Recycle 1.2 Million Tonnes of Hardware and Supplies by 2025 Bangkok, August 24, 2022 – Today HP Inc. launched the “HP Supplies Impact” Program to enable channel partners to help HP commercial users increase their ink and toner cartridge recycling across Australia, Korea, Malaysia, Philippines, and Singapore, with New Zealand and Thailand to follow later this year. The ASEAN (Association of Southeast Asian Nations) region is increasingly in the spotlight as a source of ocean-bound plastic pollution, which the World Bank has recognized with a US$20 million grant to support the current Southeast Asia Regional Program on Combating Marine Plastics. HP’s new initiative encourages businesses of all sizes to turn ad-hoc recycling events into a simple, seamless, continuous practice, helping HP customers and partners contribute more to sustainability efforts, while aligning with HP’s global mission to recycle 1.2 million tonnes of hardware and supplies by 2025. “Our aim is to continually increase the collection and recycling of Original HP supplies across Southeast Asian countries, Korea, Australia, and New Zealand with sustainability today an absolute imperative for a better environment, society, and business. HP Supplies Impact makes sustainability more attainable for customers of all sizes and sectors,” said Samir Shah, Vice President and Head of Print Category, Greater Asia, HP. To simplify the recycling process for customers, HP is providing biodegradable green recycling bags to partners from the HP Amplify Impact program, who will distribute these to customers during regularly scheduled visits. Customers can deposit all used HP ink and toner cartridges into the recycling bags for convenient collection by HP partners, who then pass all collected supplies to the HP Planet Partners program, a global initiative to collect and recycle used products in 76 countries and territories worldwide. This streamlined process demonstrates HP’s commitment to increasing recycling for customers and reducing plastic pollution. For every 30 ink or toner cartridges returned by a customer, HP is partnering with One Tree Planted, an environmental non-profit organization, to plant a tree in approved locations on behalf of the customer to help combat deforestation. “The strength and reach of our partner and customer network are a huge asset and by bringing our partners with us on this journey, we can work together to create a more sustainable and just world. HP Supplies Impact helps our Amplify Impact partners forge a unique movement to deliver long-term sustainability while differentiating themselves competitively,” said David Tan, Head of Channels and Supplies, Greater Asia, HP. As part of its broader sustainability strategy, HP has set an ambitious goal to enroll at least 50% of HP Amplify partners in the HP Amplify Impact program by 2025. A voluntary initiative within the global HP Amplify program, HP Amplify Impact provides more than 10,000 partners with the opportunity to join HP in its efforts to generate meaningful impact across climate action, human rights, and digital equity.
