Bodie H (Slowquest) on Instagram: Here's a work in progress ✏️ of a new dungeon i'm making for Patreon. It's a dungeon inspired by 3 words submitted by patrons, involving lava, penguins and beaurocracy 😅. . I have dipped my toes into isometric map making a few times and I always love it! maybe this is the time that pushes me right in. I've never made a full dungeon this way. It lets me add more details than my regular 'slightly angled from above' view which is what I like. . Do you think isometric maps are useful? I feel like I don't really intend my maps to be used as battlemaps so there's no reason they need to be top-down or accurate. I'm interested to know what you all think though. 🧐 . #dnd #rpg #fantasy #art #illustration #drawing #fantasyart #roleplayinggame #tabletop #d20 #gaming #cosplay #criticalrole #sketch #characterdesign #dandd #geek #roleplaying #dungeonmaster #theadventurezone #dice #draw #magic #nerd #tabletopgames #artist #tabletoprpg #isometric #maps #cartography
