Dainty Delight Dies, a favourite die set in the Stampin' Up! Jan-April Mini Catalogue and carrying over into the new Annual Catalogue.
Hello again, I have been playing with the Two-Tone Flora stamp set #160844) again which is where you will find these flowers. I stamped the flowers on Basic White card (#159228) with Pale Papaya ink (#155670), Fresh Freesia ink (#155611) and So Saffron ink (#147109). The flowers were cut with the Two-Tone Flora Dies (#159181) then I daubered the edges with the same inks. I stamped the Soft Sea Foam card (#147012) for the background with the Stacked Stone Background stamp (#152556) using VersaMark (#102283) and added the Clear Stampin’ Emboss Powder (#155554) and set it with the Heat Tool (#129056). This gave the subtle but shiny look to the background which is just what I wanted to achieve. This card and the gold from the Fine Shimmer 12”x12” Paper Pack (#160428) were cut with the Deckled Rectangles dies (#159173) and attached to the Basic White base card. The leaves are also cut from the Gold Fine Shimmer Paper. The dies to cut the leaves are from the Around The Bend dies (#160649) and the Irresistible Blooms Dies (#161149). The Gold paper was backed with Adhesive Sheet (#152334) before cutting with the dies. “Best Wishes” is from the Cottage Rose stamp set (#159040) and stamped with VersaMark with Gold Stampin’Emboss Powder (#155555). This was cut with another Deckled Rectangles die. The flowers & sentiment were attached with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430). A Brushed Brass Butterfly (#158136) and 3 small (retired) gold pearls were attached to the card. I added small drops of the White Pearlised Enamel Effects (#156310) to the stamens of the flowers. Just ensure you leave this to dry as it doesn't dry instantly. I usually add this at the end and put aside for an hour or so. “Love what you do and share what you love.” INSPIRE. CREATE. Welcome to the Color Fusers Blog Hop for December 2022. This month, our color combination comes from the neutrals collection, which is way out of my wheelhouse. Welcome to the February Stamping Sunday Blog Hop. This month, our theme is "Nurture or Nature." It's a broad theme that allows our global designers lots of options to celebrate people who nurture, local holidays (including Valentine's and Mother's Day), or the beauty of nature. I decided to combine all those ideas and create Valentine's
