An extremely vigorous culture with a unique look that does great in jars or bulk grows. The tray photo was grown by Jaryn DeShane from Adirondack Mycology. This was found in one of most productive cordyceps patches. On the day it was dug up in the wild there were over 100 of them packed into a small 50x50 foot area and I've never seen anything like that before or since that day. This was the most productive strain from all of those wild specimens that day and probably from everything I found last year. I'm really excited to have this available regularly now.

I'd like to thank Jaryn DeShane for the fantastic photos and excellent cultivation skills he put into testing out this culture. The cultivation photos in this link are from him using this outrageously fast wild cloned Flammulina velutipes I found and cloned here in western Pennsylvania. Normally this fruits wild here in the cold winter months. I came upon these in mid August on a warm summer day and I couldn't believe my eyes. I took it right home and got to work. This is one of the fastest things I've ever grown and I'm expecting it to be extremely heat tolerant. The output on these things are incredible and flushes just keep pushing out. It's become one of my favorite new cultures to grow because of how easy it is and it's delicious as can be.
