Ceramic bud vase in trending, bright colors and Danish pastels. Thin, raised white stripes, applied by hand, are my signature detail and make each piece unique. The soft organic torso shape is ideal for bringing small displays of flowers fresh from the garden to your desk top, kitchen window, bathroom or where ever a touch of nature will be welcome. My bud vases are easy to travel with making them ideal hostess and housewarming gifts. These bud vases were originally called "wedding bud vases", designed them at the request of the bridal dept. of Barneys NY in Japan. It is a Japanese tradition for the bride and groom to give their guest gifts. These little bud vases are the result, both handmade and personal. They make lovely gifts to bridesmaids and other special people involved with your wedding. Each original form was hand pinched in clay and then made into a mold to be slip cast. This method creates a delicately textured surface that reflects light and gives the piece a singular beauty with or without flowers in it. The white stripes are raised and add texture to this tactile object. If a color is out of stock, you can request a custom order for that color. Each vase comes wrapped in gray gift tissue and is sealed with an orange VIT sticker. 4" high x 3.5" x 2.5" Everything is produced in my ceramic studio, Kri Kri Studio, in Seattle Washington, USA

My pod vase has a modern, organic form that was created in clay using the ancient coil and pinch technique. The result is a unique vase with modern style and an asymmetrical shape. The softly textured surface catches and reflects light in a pleasing way. Each vase has thin, raised white stripe detailing that I apply by hand onto bright colors or neutral gray and taupe. This adds a little more texture to these contemporary pieces and ensures that each piece is unique. All my ceramics are glazed by hand and fired in my studio in Seattle. They are durable and easy to clean so that you can enjoy them for many years. Every pod vase is made with love and makes a timeless wedding gift. The simple contemporary shape is compatible with a variety of decor. If a color is out of stock, you can request a custom order for that color. 6.5" x 6.5" x 5" Ships from kRI kRI Studio in Seattle

As we know, since the era of president Soekarno, Indonesia has been a good friend of Russia (Soviet at that time). Therefore in the 60’s we received many weapons and equipment, Among of them was a Sverdlov Class Light Cruiser. This time, I’ll talk about this particular ship.
