Este licor casero es típico de estas fiestas en la zona de Málaga, vi la receta en un programa de la tele y me animé a hacerlo porque me pareció que tenía que estar muy rico, y no me equivocaba, es ideal para acompañar a los dulces navideños, pero cuidado porque es algo fuerte, no os paséis con los chupitos jajaja. Os dejo aquí el enlace a otros licores que os pueden interesar: Licor de café tipo Tía María Licor de canela express sin azúcar Licor de castañas Licor de higos verdes Licor de regaliz Ingredientes para 1 litro de licor: 1 litro de orujo 3 naranjas grandes 3 palos de canela 6 clavos de olor 12 granos de café 200g de azúcar Preparación: Lavar muy bien las naranjas con un cepillo bajo el grifo porque vamos a usarlas con piel, pinchamos un par de clavos de olor en cada una de ellas y las ponemos en un tarro de cristal grande, añadimos la canela y los granos de café y lo cubrimos todo con el orujo, tapamos y colocamos el tarro en un lugar seco y oscuro, lo dejamos reposar durante 3 semanas. Pasado este tiempo os llamará la atención el cambio de color, el licor ya no será transparente gracias a la maceración de las naranjas, café y especias, dándole un bonito tono dorado. Colamos el orujo para que no quede ningún resto de canela o café y ponemos 1/4 de litro del líquido en un cazo y lo calentamos, bajamos el fuego y añadimos 200g de azúcar y removemos hasta que se deshaga y nos quede un almibar muy ligero, retiramos y dejamos enfriar . Lo mezclamos con el resto del licor y embotellamos, lo dejamos reposar durante 2 ó 3 días removiendo la botella 1 ó 2 veces diarias para que se integren bien los sabores, y ya estará listo para meter en la nevera y probarlo cuando esté bien fresquito. Ya veis que es bien fácil, solo hay que tener un poco de paciencia y casi se hará solo, pero esperar merecerá la pena porque está muy bueno, algo fuertecillo eso sí, así que no abuséis que frío entra muy bien jajaja.
