Wow, echt bizar hoe snel 2017 is gegaan. Ik heb voor mezelf een aantal grote doelen opgesteld voor 2018 en wil ik hier dan ook echt zeer hard aan werken. In dit artikel geef ik jou geweldige tips hoe je jouw doelen voor 2018 kunt bereiken en heb ik voor jou een GRATIS doelen werkboek voor 2018. Hoe is 2017 gegaan voor jou? Voordat je over het jaar 2018 gaat nadenken, zal je eerst moeten nadenken hoe 2017 voor jou is gegaan. Denk dan aan de doelen die je hebt bereikt en de successen die je had dit jaar. Maar denk ook aan de moeilijkheden die je tegenkwam en meer. Zet dit allemaal op een rijtje en denk vervolgens na over wat je zou willen dat je beter had kunnen doen en waar je problemen mee had. Zodra je dit op papier hebt gezet, kan je beter achterhalen wat je in 2018 wilt en moet doen om een succesvol jaar te hebben. Bedenk maximaal 3-5 grote doelen 2018 Bedenk nu 3-5 grote doelen voor 2018 en maak deze doelen ook SMART. Dit staat voor: S = Specifiek M = Meetbaar A = Acceptabel R = Realistisch T = Tijdgebonden Specifiek Om een doel specifiek te maken stellen we de W-vragen – Wat willen we bereiken? – Wie is er bij betrokken? – Waar gaat het gebeuren? – Wanneer gebeurt het? – Waarom willen we het bereiken? Meetbaar De meetbaarheid van een doel wordt vaak aangegeven in getallen. Maar meetbaarheid kan je ook bereiken door het doel te vergelijken met bijvoorbeeld bestaande procedures, eisen, normen, handleiding en systemen. Acceptabel De A van Acceptabel staat ook wel voor Aanwijsbaar of Actiegericht. Je kan hierbij jezelf een aantal vragen stellen, bijvoorbeeld: – Is het voor jezelf haalbaar? – Is er voldoende draagvlak om het doel te behalen? – Is het actiegericht en leidend tot resultaat? Realistisch Een doel moet natuurlijk ook realistisch zijn. Het moet wel voldoende uitdaging geven, maar het mag niet te makkelijk of te moeilijk zijn. Een aantal vragen die je jezelf kan stellen zijn: – Is het doel haalbaar voor mij? – Zijn de inspanningen niet te hoog of te laag? – Staan de inspanningen in relatie met het resultaat? Tijd Elk doel moet tenminste één datum hebben. Je kan natuurlijk ook bepalen of een doel binnen een bepaald periode behaald moet zijn. Plan maximaal 1-2 doelen in voor elk kwartaal Je wilt natuurlijk niet dat het allemaal te veel wordt. Dus plan daarom maximaal 1-2 doelen in voor elk kwartaal. Bijvoorbeeld in het eerste kwartaal plan je 1 doel in, daarna 2, dan 1 en in het laatste kwartaal weer 1. Zo kan je goed focussen op elk groot doel en werk je niet tegelijk aan meerdere doelen. Bedenk projecten voor elk groot doel Nu gaan we de grote doelen opsplitsen in projecten. Een doel kan namelijk bestaan uit meerdere grote projecten waaraan je zal werken zodat je het grotere doel kunt bereiken. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan het doel: 5 E-books publiceren. Je zal dan meerdere grote projecten hebben, bijvoorbeeld webinars opzetten om e-books te promoten, een landing pagina maken om e-book te kunnen kopen en meer. Schrijf deze projecten ook weer op en maak ze ook weer SMART. Bedenk nu alle taken die nodig zijn om elk project uit te kunnen voeren Nu gaan we de projecten verder uitwerken door alle taken te bedenken die nodig zijn om een project uit te kunnen voeren. Maar dan ook echt alle taken, dus grote en de allerkleinste taken schrijf je op. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan het project: Webinars opzetten om e-books te promoten. Een aantal taken hiervan kunnen zijn: webinar onderwerp verzinnen, webinar registratie pagina maken, webinar bedankt voor inschrijven pagina maken, webinar promoten via Social Media, webinar datum plannen, mails sturen naar mailinglijst over jouw nieuwe webinar en meer. Je ziet dat er ontzettend veel taken zullen moeten worden uitgevoerd om een project uit te kunnen voeren en te kunnen voltooien om uiteindelijk jouw grote doel te kunnen bereiken. Plan alle taken in jouw agenda of Bullet Journal Nu is natuurlijk de bedoeling dat je ook echt aan het werk gaat en de taken gaat uitvoeren. Je zal nu alle taken in jouw agenda of Bullet Journal moeten plaatsen, zodat je ook weet wanneet je wat gaat doen en wanneer je dus jouw grote doel gaat bereiken. Hou jouw vooruitgang bij en maak eventuele wijzigingen Hou ook jouw vooruitgang bij, zodat je ook weet hoe ver je bent met jouw projecten en grotere doelen. Het kan natuurlijk ook voorkomen dat je nog eventueel wijzigingen in de planningen en/of taken moet doen. Doe dit ook gerust, zo weet je precies waar je staat en zo kan je dus jouw grote doelen bereiken. Blijf gemotiveerd! Om jouw grote doelen te kunnen bereiken, is het van groot belang dat je ook gemotiveerd bent en blijft. Er zijn een aantal dingen die je hiermee kunnen helpen, bijvoorbeeld het maken van een Visionboard en jezelf belonen zodra je bepaalde projecten of taken hebt uitgevoerd. Je kan dan bijvoorbeeld ook gebruik maken van het puntensysteem.
