David Bowie, "Stage Tour", Circa 78 〰️🎶〰️
Just in time for the long holiday weekend… This was put together by a dedicated Bowie fanatic who goes by the nom de Youtube “Nacho Video.” He saw one minute of this footage—originally shot Philippe Bergeron 40 years ago—posted on YouTube the day that David Bowie died and contacted him. Around that time I had been scouring the web, for material to flesh out my “TVC-15” video. There is virtually no decent footage available from the ’76 tour. According to legend, a French TV station shot five songs at the final Paris show. A few minutes of that footage was shown on French TV, and featured fragments of three songs. And those fragments make up most of my “TVC-15” video. According to the same legend, unfortunately, the reels of the five songs were misplaced when the TV station moved their archive, and they remain lost. Philippe’s one minute of footage was only Super 8, but it was very well shot, and unlike anything I’d seen before. So I immediately contacted him, basically asking, “Is there more than 60 seconds, and can I have it please?” Eventually, we talked on the phone a bit, and Philippe agreed to let me...

Ao longo dos seus 68 anos Bowie já aprontou de um tudo, mas também ensinou um monte de coisa pra gente. Lá vai uma lista de algumas que aprendi.
The decision found that Michael Moebius's painting did not infringe on a 1995 photograph of Bowie.
Hard to express the amount of enjoyment and inspiration this man brought to me. Hate the idea that I’ll never have another chance to see him perform.
Topshop has created a new collection called "Glam Rockette", the cute name for the even cuter clothes is a tribute to queen glam rockette, Ziggy Stardust. As a longtime David Bowie fan this collection excites me a lot. These are a few pieces that I think are the strongest and most representative of the fun, glittery, youthful-ness Ziggy portrayed, and my favorites. This is the perfect fall collection with stars, leather, leopard, faux fur, and velvet. Love for sure. I can especially seeing Queen Bitch himself wearing that blue velvet romper, so killer. In the 1990’s I’m not sure how many people cared about the new music that David Bowie was releasing. Every fan I meet looks at me blankly when I talk about the albums from this era so feverishly. S…
