The forecast is brighter for this bath now that a practical, high-style shower has moved in.
Sit back and relax.
This project was especially exciting as it was our own master bathroom! While the room had great bones, the design was decades out of date (cultured marble and seashell sinks!). The tiled wall enclosing the tub/shower cut the room in half, making it feel small and cramped. The vaulted ceiling added great interest, but the design didn't utilize its potential as a feature in the room. We had ample counter space on the long vanity, but cabinet storage was lacking due to the outdated vanity cutout. While we appreciated the closet storage space, the old sliding door had been removed and the curtain separating the closet from the bathroom made the transition feel cluttered.

The milk bath ritual is truly luxurious and rejuvenating experience for both the body and the spirit. The combination of goat milk, Epsom salts, oils, and other natural ingredients creates a nourishing and soothing bath soak that can help to even skin tone, moisturize, exfoliate, and cleanse the skin. The properties of goat milk, including proteins, fats, and lactic acid, work together to soften, soothe, and exfoliate the skin, leaving it feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. This milk bath ritual offers a holistic approach to self-care, combining physical benefits for the skin with a spiritual practice to cleanse and release negative energy while focusing on intentions and manifestations. The act of taking a milk bath can be a deeply relaxing and meditative experience, especially when done during significant lunar phases like the new and full moon. By immersing oneself in this luxurious bath full of aroma and healing ingredients, one can create a sacred space for reflection, intention setting, and energy cleansing. Following the directions for the milk bath ritual, including using the salts, visualizing white light, calling upon Archangel Michael for cleansing, and focusing on releasing and manifesting, can help enhance the overall experience and promote a sense of balance and renewal.
