Colorforms produced a Jim Henson's Muppet Show set in 1980. The set featured Kermit the Frog, Miss Piggy and Fozzie Bear on stage at The Muppet Theatre. The vinyl Colorforms pieces added costumes and props to the characters' scene. The theater playset was one of Colorforms' standard designs; other sets featured Mickey Mouse and Raggedy Ann, as well as a Sesame Street set, Ernie and Bert Puppetforms Theater. The art for the box and interior were drawn by illustrator Drew Struzan.
Now celebrating its 50th year of broadcasting, Sesame Street remains committed to pushing the boundaries for social change.
