Solid oak "Dovetail" bench, hand made, in my workshop in Dorset!This modern, industrial look bench is a conversation piece in any home or garden! Made with a steel flat bar leg 'Dovetailed' into the solid oak railway sleeper. The flat steel bar has been cleaned, lightly polished and clear coated, giving it a "raw" natural finish. The rough cut, solid oak railway sleeper, has been left natural, with cracks, knots and defects, adding beauty and character to the piece. The oak sleeper is sanded, oiled and bees waxed for a beautiful tactile finish. This product is suitable for internal or external use and is solid, built to last for many years to come. All aspects of this product have been hand made, from the welding on the legs, to the hand chiselling for the dovetail inlay of the legs. Matching tables, stools and planters are also available. Whilst the product length can vary, the overall dimensions are as follows: 00(L) x 450(H) x280(W)mm Please note that the oak will have natural cracks, colour variations and shapes differences to that in the photo.
