This product can be used as a nice Christmas gift a Handmade birthday present. ❂ Material - natural ash tree. ❂ The wood is finished with wood oil. ❂ Note: Each individual sign will vary slightly in color and wood grain as its completely handmade. ❂ This wooden sign is a great handmade product from natural wood made with love right here in my family home. ❂ Measurements ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 11 1/4’’ x 7 1/2’’ (30cm x 19cm) 3/8’’ (1.0cm) in thickness ❂ About wooden boards I am using in my projects: ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ I'm making 2’’ thick boards. First, these boards are sawed in 1/2’’ thick laths. These laths are glued together to 8’’ wide board. Then boards are planed from both sides to 3/8’’ thickness. After that, the boards are sanded with two size sandpaper 100 and 180. After this, I'm using these boards for all my products. These wooden boards are stronger and better against curving. I am using a scroll saw and laser engraver in order to achieve the best result. Mostly I'm using an ash tree, sometimes alder or pine tree. All of these trees grow in my nearby forest.
