This bottle is the habitat of two little budgies. One is sitting on his swing and the other one is sitting on the floor next to a toy. The swing actually swings! Everyone of my creations is 100% handmade and one of a kind. This is a made-to-order item, which means there might be sight variations from the picture, since it is all handmade. This bottle is also a model for custom orders for your own budgie or other bird! If you want to have your own pets as a small figurines just send me a picture of your pets. This art piece is made out of polymerclay and got painted with acrylic paint and sits safely in the little bottle. Every animal is wrapped with care to make sure it gets to its new home safely.

I introduced this little painted cupboard into my shop this week... I added a toile wallpaper to the top and the door panels. I've been sewing too, of course... :) I had just enough of this fabulous vintage fabric to make the little bag above and a cushion. The fabric is called Meadowsweet and is a Colleen Farr design. I think its pretty awesome! I made another cushion from a beautiful vintage hand embroidery... And I used a c1940's linen for the reverse. I had a play with some glue too. I used old Victorian photos and added embellishments to them and hung them from old metal handbag clasps... My final creations for this week are several lavender-filled hearts..of the elongated variety! I used some precious scraps of antique French fabrics and stitched fragments of lace and vintage buttons to finish. These will be coming with me to the fair tomorrow. I'm a papercutting artist who uses an x-acto knife to carefully cut my creations out of paper. I've created incredibly detailed artistic re-imaginings of several human organs. To create each piece, I draw the outline of the organ, and begin cutting the inside free-hand with different patterns.
