This gorgeous set would be amazing with your vintage serving ware collections! This is a three piece matching set consisting of a creamer, a saucer and a side plate. I have other pieces in this pattern in my shop. The pieces were all made in Nippon, as Japan was called at that time. The white porcelain was coated in a white glaze. A sapphire blue glaze was applied around the rims of the plates and the center of the creamer. Gold was hand painted in a pattern over the blue with a filagree leaf pattern. Around the pattern is a raised gold moriage trim. Gold lines were hand painted on the rims and a raised gold dot moriage painted over them. Gold swags and dots were hand painted below the blue and gold to extend the pattern onto the white glaze. A thicker layer of gold was hand painted on the handle of the creamer. On the underside of the pieces is the Nippon backstamp. The creamer measures 4 1/4" across, 5 1/4" from handle to rim and stands 3" high. The saucer measures 5 1/2" across and stands 3/4" high. The side plate measures 7 1/4" across and stands 3/4" high. All three pieces are in excellent vintage condition. There are no chips or cracks. There is no loss to the glazes, colors, patterns or gold trims and gold moriage. This is a gorgeous color and would look amazing with your dinnerware! This stunning vase is not marked, and I suspect it is pre Nippon era. It has raised enamel, moriage, hand painting and gold gilding. I have another vase in this shape with a silver dragon (not raised) and that one was dated to the 1880s. This is my best piece imo.

This bowl has been delicately hand painted with an assortment of flowers and leaves on the inside of the bowl. On the back of the bowl, there are 3 foot stands that have a gold line painting on each. Vintage Nippon Morimura Tri-Handled Porcelain Hand Painted Bowl, Candy Dish, Nut Dish Morimura Bros. -importers Made in Japan By: Nippon 1911-1921 Nippon basically means “made in Japan.” When you see a “Nippon” mark on the underside of a base of a piece of ceramic, you know that you have a piece that was made in Japan. Simply, Nippon means Japan and while the “Nippon” mark served its purpose to comply with the McKinley Tariff Act of 1891 for the next thirty years, Customs Officials decided, in 1921, that any piece imported from Japan should be marked “Japan” and not marked “Nippon.” So, the “Nippon” mark was no longer the recognizable mark used for these items. For porcelain collectors, this makes dating your piece really easy. If your piece is marked “Nippon,” then it was made and imported between 1891 and 1921. Back stamp reads 'Hand Painted M Nippon with green wreath (the 'M' stands for Morimura Bros.-importers) stamp has been used since 1911 to 1921. Beautiful dish/bowl is hand painted light green with white yellow roses, gold on handles and edges. Some of the gold trim and on handles edge and around rim of dish is faded/warn. (please see pictures and zoom in to see details) Measures roughly 6 3/4" across and 1 3/8" tall No Cracks, Chips. Add this beautiful Vintage Nippon Morimura Bros. dish to your collection, give as a gift. This item is described as best can be.
