Created by an icon of Italian design, this oval marble coffee table introduces Gianfranco Frattini's mastery of construction to a new generation of design enthusiasts. A solid white Tornado marble top sits atop a richly veined Marquina black marble base, creating a compelling study in contrast. The elegantly minimal structure is created via massive keyhole connections that are self-supporting and interlocking. My journey began in Nisswa, Minnesota, with my first stop at the well-known Grand View Lodge. A portrayal of what “Grand” looks and feels like, Grand View has provided guests with many rejuvenating, de-stressing and family vacation experiences. For over a century, Grand View has developed quite the reputation for In–State weddings and honeymoons and for a great get away after the wedding for the parents. This “Grand” resort, is the most well-preserved examples of early resort log construction in existence today. So much so it was selected in 1979 for the National Registry of Historic Places. Constructed out of Norway Pine, the Lodge cannot be altered by construction and only materials authentic to the early 1900s can be used throughout.

The North Wildwood Seawall is a concrete pathway that runs along the North Wildwood beaches and wraps around the Hereford Inlet, behind the famous Hereford Inlet Lighthouse. It's a popular walking trail with locals and visitors who vacation on the island. You'll find on-street paid (metered) and non-paid parking along with a large (paid-metered) parking lot that's located not far from the Hereford Inlet Lighthouse. You can walk to the seawall from most North Wildwood hotel and motel locations. Every time we visit the island we spend quite a bit of time walking the seawall. It's an easy walk and if your disabled and in a wheel chair...you can still go up on the concrete trail to enjoy the scenic views. You'll want to wear comfortable walking shoes and dress appropriately for the weather. If you're going to be out on a hot summer day...I recommend applying sunscreen and bringing a water bottle along with you. You'll find wooden benches and three gazebos along the trail that you can sit in. They provide you with some much needed shade and allow you to sit down and relax. These gazebos allow you to get up close & personal with the Atlantic Ocean without having to trek through the sand. You'll find wooden benches near 2nd. Avenue and JFK Beach Blvd. and additional benches located directly behind the Hereford Inlet Lighthouse that you can enjoy. We recommend visiting the beautiful lighthouse gardens (free) while you're there. In my honest opinion...the ocean views located behind the lighthouse are the BEST on the entire Wildwoods island.
