Phrases/Sentence cards have the words that are decodable. Each card has the unit and lesson number (2.5.1) on it to help keep it organized. These cards can be used in different ways. They can be used for closing activities, and during transitions. For this unit you can say to the kids “Act like a…” show the card and have the students read and preform the card. I would suggest printing out on cardstock, and laminating. I have a color set for each unit. So I print it on that units color to help organize the cards. I hope you enjoy! Thank you for checking out my Grab N' Go Articulation Screener! It is perfect to screen and/or informally assess your students. It can also be used to monitor progress for your students throughout the year. It targets the following articulation skills/areas: Early & Later Developing Speech Sounds including: /p, b, m, h, w, n, d, t, k, g, f, y, ng, v, l, j, sh, ch, r, s, z, th/, R, S, L Blends, /ar, or, er, ire, air, ear/, multisyllabic words, & eliciting speech samples. This screener can easily be used on-the-go, in centers, and during therapy sessions. Students can use magnetic chips, play-doh, bingo daubers, or markers to mark each picture. Speech sounds can easily be identified on each card as well as the developmental age which each sound should be acquired by. The cards are organized and color coded according to age acquisition. Use this screener to determine if the speech errors the child says are developmentally appropriate or if they are delayed. This can help you determine whether further assessment is needed or implementation of intervention is warranted. This screener tool will also assist with developing goals/objectives for your student’s IEPs. Data sheets are provided which include the speech sound, sound position, and an area to record correct/incorrect responses. A comprehensive data sheet is also included to identify which speech sounds/areas indicate a significant need for further assessment or a need to implement intervention. Use the included progress monitoring form throughout the school year. ***This is an informal screening tool and is not standardized or normed. Developmental norms were adapted from Poole, Sander, Hena, Fudala, Templin & Wellman. Please use your own clinical judgment in determining recommendations based on the results.*** _________________________________________________________________________________ I LOVE seeing and hearing how you use my resources!
