Life After Ozzie & Harriet

When I was a young reporter I was assigned to meet Ozzie and Harriet Nelson and Playmate of the Year Liv Lindeland at Tampa International Airport in the mid seventies. This is Ozzie and Harriet, but I can't find my photo of Liv. For those youngsters out there they had a TV show in the '50s call The Adventures Of Ozzie And Harriet. They were also the parents of David and Ricky Nelson, who was a rocker and heartthrob. This was taken on slide film, long before Photoshop was thought of. I believe I still had my Nikon system at the time, although I don't remember if I used my F1 or Nikkormat to shoot this. This was scanned with an Epson 3590 Scanner, which can do slides and film. Oh yes, I wrote the story on a typewriter, amazing. Ozzie died not long after this photo, in San Fernando Valley, California, 3 June 1975.. Harriet died in Laguna Beach, California, 2 October 1994.REALLY LARGE
