This is a project I have been working on FOREVER. She is my budget version of the 2012 red head workshop convention Poppy. I am not a fan of re-rooting the FR ladies since I am accustomed to working on the soft squishy heads of Barbie and similar dolls. I can do it but it is such a pain to me. I have done about 3 or 4 of the harder headed dolls and this was the easiest one so far. It could be because I am getting used to it but I also think someone said the latest FR dolls have slightly softer heads. Anyways, I re-rooted her in this absolutely gorgeous shade of red from RD called Cognac. If you have not tried it and looking for the perfect red shade I highly recommend. I think it is even prettier than Stacey Titian. If you are wondering she needs about a half a row of extra plug holes made, much better than I expected.
