Dom Arizona doskonale spełni potrzeby 4-5-osobowej rodziny. Na parterze zaprojektowano otwartą, jasną i przestronną strefę dzienną z wysokim sufitem. Dodatkową zaletą jest szeroko zadaszony taras z zewnętrznym kominkiem, co przypadnie do gustu zarówno amatorom wypoczynku w zaciszu własnego ogrodu, jak i wielbicielom spotkań towarzyskich. “Wir lieben den Wintergarteneffekt in unserem Haus: die hohe Verglasung sorgt für viel Licht und eine unvergleichliche Offenheit"" Unsere Kundenfamilie suchte bereits seit einiger Zeit nach einer gebrauchten Immobilie und entdeckte beim Besichtigungstermin ein Loft mit einer großzügigen Teilverglasung des Satteldachs. Diese einmalige Architektur ging ihnen nicht mehr aus dem "Kopf" und schließlich trafen sie die Entscheidung doch ein neues Haus zu bauen (Architekt: Hubertus Gieb Architekturbüro GmbH, Zeil am Main) und zwar in Anlehnung an die integrierte Wintergartenkonstruktion des Lofts, die sie gesehen hatten. Und das war die absolut richtige Entscheidung: "Das viele Licht steigert unser Wohlbefinden, macht uns einfach "fitter". Die Sonneneinstrahlung im Winter senkt die Heizungskosten unseres sehr großen Wohnraums und im Sommer sorgt die 3-fach-Verglasung für ein perfektes Klima", sagt der Bauherr.
Sono tornata da Parigi da qualche giorno e ho ancora negli occhi la bellezza di tutto ciò che ho visto... Nonostante io ci sia stata cinque volte anche in questa occasione ho potuto godere di luoghi che non avevo ancora visitato. Ve ne indico qualcuno...caso mai aveste in mente un viaggetto a Paris! Questa che vedete è la casa di Victor Hugo, che si trova nella bellissima Places des Vosges. Davvero una casa piena di storia e dove si respira cultura...bello poter vedere i manoscritti dello scrittore e tanti suoi oggetti personali. Lasciato il Marais ci si può spostare a Montmartre, dove si respira aria di Belle Epoque...e qui c'è un piccolo museo davvero bello: la casa e i giardini di Renoir. Per me che amo in particolare gli impressionisti è stato davvero un tuffo al cuore...ci si può addentrare nell'ultima vigna rimasta sulla collina e vedere da lì il famoso cabaret Au Lapin Agile. I giardini della casa sono stupendamente "impressionisti"...mio figlio si è seduto sull'altalena (ovviamente ricostruita) posta proprio sotto l'albero che ha fatto da sfondo a quadri famosi di Renoir!....Ah, che emozione.... Arriviamo al Parco Monceau, dove si trova una palazzina deliziosa, la casa di Nissim De Camondo. La famiglia di questo banchiere era ebrea di Costantinopoli, trasferitasi a Parigi nei primi anni dell'800. Un susseguirsi di vicende famigliari sfortunate hanno segnato questo luogo, fino alla deportazione ad Auschwitz dei rappresentanti più giovani della famiglia e la fine della stessa. Nissim De Camondo era un grande collezionista dell'arte del '700 e la palazzina è ricolma di pezzi stupendi!...tanto che la visita a questo luogo vi farà pensare che si può anche snobbare Versailles!! Le stanze sono rimaste intatte, si possono vedere saloni e stanze bellissime ma anche spazi più "umili" come la sala da pranzo del personale, l'ufficio del maggiordomo (che fanno tanto pensare ad Downton Abbey!!), la sala dove venivano lavate le stoviglie e poi le meravigliose cucine!!!! Per ultimo voglio porre l'attenzione su Versailles, che mi ha un po' delusa...dal punto di vista del numero di stanze che si possono ormai visitare alla reggia!...io ero già stata e mi pareva che anni fa io avessi poturo vedere molto di più!! Comunque la visita a Versailles vale per i giardini, per il Petit eGrand Trianon e per quella meraviglia che è il villaggio bucolico di Maria Antonietta! Davvero, davvero bello... Bene...spero di avervi dato qualche utile informazione...e mostrato un po' di bellezza... Io ADORO Parigi e ogni volta mi sorprende con qualcosa di nuovo...antico! Vi segnalo anche il mraviglioso Musée de l'Orangerie e il Musée des Arts décoratifs (stupendooooo!!!)...piccoli grandi gioielli d'arte! Buone vacanze...
