⫸ THE ARTWORK This is a print of my painting "Pizza Panda," a part of my Incongruities series. It was painted digitally using Procreate on an iPad Pro. The Incongruities series is a bunch of animals doing silly things; whatever struck me in the moment. I paint this series to make me happy, and I hope it makes you happy too. ⫸ THE PRINT THIS LISTING IS FOR THE 8x10" SIZE. You will receive an unframed archival print. The two sizes available are 8x10" and 11x14". The artwork is printed with a 1" border resulting in a printed area of 6x8" and 9x12" respectively. Your print will not be framed or matted, allowing you to choose the best mat and frame for your home. ⫸ THE PAPER I print on high quality paper from Red River Paper. I use either their 68lb Ultra Pro Satin or 60lb Polar Matte paper. Most customers don't have a preference which paper I use but please include a note if you would prefer one or the other. Both papers are acid free with a slightly acidic coating that allows for instant ink drying. The acidity is not enough to affect print stability. ⫸ THE INK I print my work on an Epson 3880 with Epson's Ultrachrome K3 pigment inks. These inks are some of the best quality inks available and are designed for longevity. ⫸ SHIPPING I ship USPS First Class Package Service unless you select otherwise. Your print will be packaged in a bag and board and shipped in a rigid mailer. While the packaging should be sufficient to protect your print, if the print turns out to not have been sufficiently protected in the mail, I will replace it for free once. ⫸ THE ARTIST I'm a full-time artist living in Portland, Oregon. I mostly do digital and watercolor paintings at this time, though I am starting to dip my toes into oil (but not literally because that would be messy). I take commissions! If you're interested in commissioning me, please email me at hello [!at] rebeccaflaum.com http://www.studiocatawampus.com
The immensely popular Pro Feel dampeners are now available in Wilson's iconic Pro Staff series. These dampeners help reduce any shock and vibrations felt along the forearm and elbow for a smoother feel upon contact. One side of dampener features signature "W" logo and the other sports a "Pro Staff" logo to complement the look and feel of the Pro Staff performance rackets.
Each summer since 1970, tucked away in a beautiful French medieval town, the Recontes d’Arles exhibition has celebrated the life of photography. While it's been a favorite stop on the photo festival circuit for editors and photographers in the past, this year's exhibition was unrealized and, at best, disjointed.

14 x 14 inches, Edition of 20, $1150 20 x 20 inches, Edition of 20, Sold Out- Artist Print Available 30 x 30 inches, Edition of 10, Sold Out- Artist Print Available Tom Chambers is an American born photographer who creates seamless and surreal photomontages. Chambers presents unspoken stories which illustrate fleeting moments in time and which are intended to evoke a mood in the viewer. These mythical illustrations might address the fragility of childhood or the delicate transition experienced by a child passing into adolescence and then adulthood. Others express the tension in the uncertain coexistence between man and his environment, a delicate balance too often ignored and damaged. Chambers states: "With digital photography I desire to move beyond documentation of the present, and rather seek to merge reality and dreams in musing about possibilities of the future... In the early 20th century Latin American writers and artists used magic realism to create images, which with a simple twist go beyond the expected into the unexpected. In this series I have constructed images to tell unfinished stories, which initially might seem true and believable, but likely are improbable." Tom Chambers Process Statement: I initially sketch a concept or idea which I have for an image. Then, I photograph each piece of the photomontage using a Nikon D700 or a medium format film camera, generally a Mamiya Pro TL or a Fuji Rangefinder. The greatest challenge is in making sure the light intensity and direction are similar in each of these shots. The process of creating a photomontage may take a month or more, depending upon how quickly I am able to get all the shots and sort through them, selecting the ones which work best together. "Pieces" of the final image may include the landscape or background, often shot in sections, as well as the sky, a human figure, an animal, or another object. The processed film is scanned at a high resolution, approximately 80 megabytes per frame. Then, I use Photoshop software with a Macintosh computer to combine each "piece", thus creating the final image. Lastly, the photomontage is printed with archival pigment inks on cotton rag paper.
