There is no specific seeding season for succulents as long as you can fix the according temperature by yourself. Temperature is super important during the germination period, but only during that period. After that seeds can grow in normal temperature. How can i seed if i am a beginner? I share my seeding tutorial A to Z in Instagram account: dreamgarden123 Why my succulents seeds failed? Well, that is a million dollar question. The factors of successful seeding include Temperature(again, super important), humidity, soil and so on. I cannot guarantee your success, but i will try to help you as much as i can. How to storage my seeds if I do not plant now? You should keep them in a dry bag or box (Desiccant is good) in the refrigerator. Usually you can use it in one year, but the fresher the better. How is your shipping? I will ship your order same day if you place the order before 13:00, otherwise the next work day. Enjoy planting!

Blue / purple succulent: Puya alpestris also known as Sapphire Tower plant. What you get: 25 seeds. High quality seeds. USA seller. Ships without instructions. -The seeds will germinate at a temperature of about 70°F -Cover the seeds very lightly with soil when planting. -Keep away from direct sunlight. -Don't let your seeds dry out.Put the pot with seeds in a zip-lock bag to help keep the humidity constant. Too much water can drown your seeds. Fill a pot with good draining soil. You can buy soil that is made for succulents. Water the soil and allow the excess water to run through the drainage holes. When no more water is coming out of the holes, you know you’re ready to start. Press the soil to flatten it out and sprinkle seeds on top of soil. Because succulent seeds are so tiny, you should avoid covering them with soil. Put the pot with seeds in a zip-lock bag and place in a bright location away from direct sunlight. Good moisture, good drainage, very bright light, warmth and aeration are important factors for high germination rates.Do not give up on your seeds and keep your soil constantly moist will ensure eventual success.
***Please Read: This has become a very popular item, and for good reason! Lunaria is a biennial/perennial that does not like transplanting and thus is NOT recommended for starting indoors. Complete growing instructions below.*** A worthy Investment!!! Will provide a bountiful return for years to come! Money Plant is a biennial famous for its silvery white, flattened, disc-like seed pods popular in dried arrangements. While famous for the seed pods, this plant's flowers are STRIKING in the spring garden! The first year mainly sprouts foliage of heart-shaped leaves but the second year brings wonderfully fragrant lavender spring flowers and the famous silvery seed pods that give this plant its names. Silver Dollar plants grow 2-3 ft. tall. Very attractive to butterflies, bees & other pollinators. Direct sowing the seeds in Spring & Fall will give you flowers and pods yearly. The reason for the staggered planting is that Honesty Plant is a biennial. The seeds germinate and the plant grows during one year but the flowers and “coin pods” don’t come until the next year. Some of the seed you plant at the first of summer may sprout and have enough time to flower this year. Great for a landscaped yard and a wonderful plant for naturalizing in borders, woodlands, or wild gardens. Popular in winter arrangements, Money Plant was introduced to England from Germany in the late 1500s and brought to America by the Puritans. Also called Honesty Plant, Silver Dollar Plant, Satin Flower, Penny Flower, Judas' Penny, and Moonwort, Lunaria annua Lunaria bienna. According to historical record, Thomas Jefferson once grew this species in his extensive experimental gardens at Monticello. The genus name "Lunaria" means "moon," referring to the appearance of Money Plant seed pods. ***Money plant is a biennial, meaning it grows leaves the first year and flowers the second. After flowering, it dies. However, it readily reseeds itself to create a permanent stand. ~ planting ~ Silver dollar is hard to transplant. Fall Planting: Direct sow Money Plant seeds in early fall, sprinkled on the ground and covered with a light amount of soil is best. Consider spacing 15 to 18 inches apart for good air circulation between grown plants. Adding a few inches of organic matter to the soil before planting will help start a healthy growth. Give it a good drink of water. Spring Planting: COLD STRATIFICATION = mix the seeds with moist sand and store in the refrigerator for 60 days before planting. Indoor Planting: It is VERY DIFFICULT to have success if starting indoors as this plant does not like to be transplanted. Also, cold stratification is necessary to try and replicate what would would happen naturally if planted directly in the fall. If attempting this method, which I do not recommend, please note that it might not be successful. If you do decide to germinate this way, make sure you treat them as a spring planting and COLD STRATIFICATION = mix the seeds with moist sand and store in the refrigerator for 60 days before planting. This plant does not like transplanting, so best to direct sow. ~ growing ~ Lunaria are easy to grow and require little to no attention once established. They can be grown in almost any soils and thrive in partial and shady areas. Once your Lunaria is established, you can largely leave it to itself. Water them only during droughts when the soil has dried out. You can also add a general purpose fertilizer once a month if growth seems slow and especially in very poor soils. ~ harvesting ~ Ornamental Honesty Plant seed pods make long-lasting additions to dried flower arrangements. After the pods have completely dried on the plant, cut the stems and hang them upside down in a dry place until the entire stem is dry. If desired, carefully remove the outer layer of the seed pods to reveal the silvery inner layer. ~ additional instructions ~ - all seeds are heirloom, open-pollinated, organic & non-gmo (unless noted otherwise). - detailed instructions are included with every seed package. - inquire for discounts available on bulk quantities.
Limited stock. I don’t know when I will be getting these back in, so get them while you can! Speaking from experience, African Violet seeds are very hard to find! My Mom had every color imaginable when I was a kid, but there wasn’t a whole lot of variegation back then. Variegation is a mutation in plants where some of the leaves have portions of white that do not photosynthesize. When this unusual phenomenon happens in nature, humans pay attention! And cultivate it so they can be shared with the rest of the world. These are green with white variegation and occasional touches of pink. African violets are very easy house plants and actually thrive indoors where temperatures and lighting is much closer to their native habitat. They will not tolerate full sun, making them the ideal house plant. Seeds are very easy to germinate by simply pressing them lightly into the soil. African violets will germinate without fertilizer but it’s very important that they are fertilized to ensure proper growth. Their native habitat soil is very enriched. This is for 10 Variegated African Violet seeds with flower shades in pink, purple and white. These are very hard to find and very expensive. This is the best possible price I am able to provide. Heads up - these seeds are extremely tiny! I combine shipping on all seed orders, you pay one flat fee for as many seeds as you would like for no additional shipping. The shape of this bean is so curvy and unusual ...The beans move slowly out to the outer edges of the shell and just cling on ..It is about 5 to 6 inches long and something pleasing to my eye...Something you don't see everyday ...They grow in the fields and are native to the area..The best thing I like about them as well is the deer don't like them and they have a wonderful long spike flower too , that is brilliant red...I took this picture today and it says I took it in Jan , 2006 go figure..I just got my camera back from the shop , maybe something going on there to adjust...I don't know, if you do please tell
