Texture stamps for polymer clay ❃PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING❃ Acrylic stamps embossing stamp for polymer clay Length x Width: 70mm x 40mm Acrylic thickness: 3mm Object size (Length x Width): A - 40mm x 23mm B - 40mm x 18mm C - 41mm x 25mm D - 50mm x 28mm E - 40mm x 18mm F - 40mm x 16mm How to use: Condition your clay properly and roll it slightly higher than the final thickness you want, as when you will press the stamp, the clay will lose a bit of thickness. Gently stroke corn flour or baby powder releasing agent on the clay. Remove the excess of corn flour with a soft/make up brush and position the stamp on the clay. Put some weight on the roller, and press the clay firmly on the stamp. Grab the edges of the stamp and pull up straight up firmly. Care & Cleaning: Sometimes clay or flour can get stuck in the design. Please take care when washing the trays: only use a soft cloth or soft bristled toothbrush and warm soapy water. Regular brushes can scratch the acrylic. Never use sharp objects such as needles as you can easily damage the stamp. Shipping: - Canada: Shipping is FREE! Laid out in an ebook format, the class teaches some basic millefiori caning and requires basic cane reduction knowledge. The canes included are mostly beginner level, with a bit more challenge in the feather cane. The tutorial is broken down into 3 chapters - making the Magic Swirl cane, making the Tie-Dye cane, and making the Southwestern Triangle Border cane and complex Feather cane using the border cane. It includes a detailed overview of the basic supplies needed and a resource page with links to various sites for supplies or more information. The tutorial is 29 pages long and has over 100 large, color pictures! Enjoy! The tutorial is a digital download and available at purchase. You will need Adobe Reader to access the tutorial. If you do not have the Adobe Reader program, you may download it at for free at www.adobe.com.

How many of you pop all your scrappy clay bits into colour lots? ...well yes, I do. I'm a bit "obsessive compulsive" like that actually and regardless of how hard I try, I find it difficult to leave scrappy bits alone. Here's a really cool way to create some very tactile beads. Depending on what colours are in your scrappy stash, you can end up with some great results. Wear them in a bunch on a bright coloured, long cord and you won't be able to stop yourself from playing with them. Wad your scrap clay up and have a knitting needle on hand as well. Roll your clay flat with your acrylic rod. Roll through the pasta machine on the thickest setting. Fold in half and roll through again still on the thickest setting. Do this once more. Don't blend too much or you'll lose the pattern all together. Roll up to create a scrappy cane. Trim the end up. and neaten the seam. Slice the end off and check out the gorgeous patterns inside. Insert a knitting needle and start rolling on your work surface. I use plain A4 paper as it doesn't slip. Pop your fingers on either end of the knitting needle and roll increasing the thread hole. Continue until you have a large, organic looking centre. Now flatten with an acrylic sheet. Flatten until your bead is about 7mm thick. Slice up the rest of your cane and repeat. Bake at the recommended temperature. String on some gorgeous, coloured cord. This is a bead I created by simply cutting from a pre-existing cane and following the above instructions.

CERNIT Opaline serie polymer clay, 56g (2oz), Oven-hardening polymer modeling clay How to use polymer clay Cernit ? Once unpacked, the clay has to be kneaded in the palm of the hand before starting modelling so that it goes softer and easier to work with. The clay should be used with clean hands on a clean surface as well to prevent any dirt or dust to get in the clay. There are as many uses as one could imagine ! Cernit can be moulded, sculpted, with or without tools, printed or mixed with stones, pearls, feathers, powders, paints.... How to bake polymer clay Cernit ? The Cernit clay polymerises between 110 and 130°C (230-266°F) in a preheated oven. Baking time is of 30 minutes. Temperature should be respected unless harmful gases could develop and the colour could be corrupted. Be careful, this clay cannot be baked in a microwave oven! After baking, the clay is waterproof. Also, it can be baked several times if you wish to add bits to your work. When you are done baking, the clay can still be worked with. It can be sanded, drilled, varnished according to the finish you like. For polishing, start with sanding gently the clay with a fine-grain sandpaper. Finish with a polisher to get a maximum glossy effect. After some time, if it rubs clothing the clay could loose some of the glossy. Then, it has to be polished again. The result will be the same as with varnish. However, varnish will resist the rubbing and does not need to be applied again. As soon as your piece of clay is baked and maybe polished, you can still work on it by adding acrylic paints, oil paints, mica powders or varnish. Why should you buy polymer clay Cernit ? After baking and sanding, the creations have a glossy finish Baked Cernit keeps some flexibility, it does not break easily. This is a big asset for some specific work. The clay is resistant thogh absolutely not crispy. Due to this amazing flexibility, Cernit stands out from the competition. It is your perfect match for creating flowers, bracelets with no clasp or other fine jewellery that needs to keep a certain flexibility. The wide colour range allows beginners to have a large choice. For experiences polymerists, the mixable colours make even more colours and effects possible. Primary colours are also available in bigger packaging (500g) to create your own blend of colours. Cernit does not stain hands or tools Even during baking, Cernit is odourless Cernit is more flexible than the competition Safety Our Cernit does not contain any phtalates. Children should not be left without a wath while using the clay. This product must not be put in the mouth and we advise to wash hands after each use. One should not eat, dring or smoke in an area which is dedicted to modelling Cernit.
