This is a hand drawn series of four color by possessive adjectives worksheets. The nouns "Casa(s)" and "Auto(s)" have been chosen to demonstrate how possessive adjectives can change with gender and number. Each worksheet plays off of the ubiquitous phrase "Mi casa es tu casa." (Other phrases include: Mis casas son tus casas, Mi auto es tu auto, & Mis autos son tus autos.) Each worksheet has a key that matches a Spanish possessive adjective with a color (for example: Mi = Roja - anything marked "my" on the "casa" picture would be colored red.) This is an activity to practice using possessive adjectives with conjugating TENER. Teachers will need dice for the students to use in pairs or groups. With a partner, students use dice to choose what will be used in each sentence. EX: subject pronoun, object. Then students must pick the appropriate possessive adjective to complete the sentence using the elements. Once I introduced this activity in my class, the confusion with possession finally disappeared. It really began to click for my students.
