Os propongo un postre muy muy fácil y muy muy rico que seguro os encantará, porque no hay quien se resista a estos tocinillos. Veréis que fácil es, que no siendo la mantequilla, todas las medidas de este dulce las haremos con el vaso del yogur. Ingredientes: 2 yogures naturales 2 y 1/2 medidas de harina 1 y 1/2 medidas de azúcar 4 medidas de leche 1 sobre de levadura 3 huevos M 75 gr de mantequilla derretida azúcar glas Preparación: Mezclamos todos los ingredientes exceptuando la mantequilla que añadiremos cuando esté todo bien mezclado y volveremos a batir. Os quedará una mezcla bastante líquida, pero es normal. Cubrimos la base de un molde rectangular con papel sulfurizado (para desmoldar nuestro dulce mejor) y vertemos la mezcla. Horneamos a 180ºC unos 40 minutos. Una vez listo dejamos enfriar, desmoldamos, espolvoreamos con el azúcar glas y cortamos en cuadraditos. Servimos.
